Role Overview

As a Loan Recovery Agent, you will manage loan portfolios, follow up with clients on overdue payments, and guide them through repayment arrangements. You will also support client on-boarding and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and assess new loan clients

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and loan applications

• Disburse approved loans according to company policies

• Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments

• Follow up on overdue loans and support recovery efforts

• Maintain accurate client and loan records

• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on loan products

• Prepare reports on loan performance, collections, and recovery activities

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Diploma, HND, or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with financial data and software

• Knowledge of loan products and services

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
