We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Manager to lead and coordinate fleet and logistics operations while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Position Summary

The Logistics Manager will oversee fleet and logistics operations, coordinate transportation activities, and ensure the effective management of vehicles, equipment, and logistics systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing fleet performance, maintaining compliance with transport regulations, and supporting operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily fleet and logistics operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor transportation schedules, dispatch activities, and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs for trucks and heavy machinery.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and operational performance.
• Utilize fleet and logistics management systems to track and manage operational activities.
• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics coordination.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within fleet and logistics operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and fleet maintenance practices.
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in fleet or logistics management, excluding National Service.
• Experience managing trucks and heavy machinery will be highly preferred.
• Proficiency in fleet and logistics management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
