Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Procurement Officer to support the efficient coordination of procurement activities, logistics operations, and inventory management. The successful candidate will help ensure timely acquisition and distribution of goods and services while maintaining compliance with organizational procedures and operational standards.

This role requires a dependable professional with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier communication.
- Support logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials and supplies.
- Maintain procurement and inventory records accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management processes.
- Assist in obtaining quotations, preparing purchase documentation, and tracking orders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support operational needs.
- Prepare logistics and procurement reports as required.
- Support cost control initiatives and maintain accountability in procurement activities.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of organizational resources.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Applicants should be 28 years and above.
