Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate organizational projects from planning through implementation and evaluation. The successful candidate will oversee project activities, manage timelines and resources, and ensure projects are delivered effectively in alignment with organizational goals.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills who can manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking systems.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare project reports, updates, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project requirements.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities to measure project outcomes and impact.
- Facilitate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and project-related communications.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and effective project execution across departments.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Public Administration, or any related field.
- Applicants should be 28 years and above.

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
