Job Description

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and delivering effective marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong strategic thinking and solid execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights
  • Support product and service launches and promotional activities
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
  • Coordinate content for digital, print, and outdoor marketing platforms
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare marketing reports
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to support lead generation and customer engagement
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective spending

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing is an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a marketing role
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital platforms
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C environments is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing tools)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing presentation tools
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer data analysis
  • Familiarity with branding, content creation, and campaign management tools
