Job Description
Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and delivering effective marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong strategic thinking and solid execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights
- Support product and service launches and promotional activities
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
- Coordinate content for digital, print, and outdoor marketing platforms
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare marketing reports
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to support lead generation and customer engagement
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective spending
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a marketing role
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital platforms
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C environments is desirable
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing tools)
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing presentation tools
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer data analysis
- Familiarity with branding, content creation, and campaign management tools
