Role Overview

The Institute of Leadership and Strategy is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and support the growth of the institute’s programs through effective digital and traditional marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote programs and initiatives
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Create and oversee engaging content across multiple platforms
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Manage the institute’s online presence, including website content and updates
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in marketing, with strong exposure to digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, content management systems, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
