We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team in Spintex. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to brand growth, product visibility, and customer engagement within a fast-paced technology environment.

Position Summary

The Marketing Officer will plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that promote Urion Systems’ software products and services. The role requires a professional who can create compelling campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and support lead generation efforts through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

You will work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to position the company effectively in the market and communicate value to target customers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote software products and services.
• Identify market opportunities and support customer acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to brand positioning and awareness strategies.

Digital Marketing & Content Development

• Create engaging content for social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across key platforms.
• Support SEO, online advertising, and digital engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to produce marketing assets.

Brand Communication & Engagement

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Support the development of newsletters, product announcements, and marketing communications.
• Engage with online audiences and respond to inquiries professionally.

Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Business Support

• Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Support lead generation initiatives and customer outreach programs.
• Participate in company events, product launches, and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing or branding will be an advantage.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related role.
• Experience in a software, ICT, or technology-driven environment is an advantage.
• Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns and create digital content.
