Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Monitoring Officers to support the monitoring and evaluation of our programs. The successful candidates will track project performance, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the progress of financial services programs and projects.

• Collect, analyze, and report data on program activities and outcomes.

• Conduct field visits to ensure program compliance and quality standards.

• Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

• Collaborate with project teams to support timely and accurate reporting.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and evaluations.

• Support the development and implementation of monitoring tools and systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, or related roles.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
