Role Overview

WeGoo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Nationwide Operations Associate to support and coordinate daily operational activities across multiple regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth partner coordination, accurate reporting, and consistent service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operational activities with partners across different regions

• Support logistics, dispatch, and supply chain processes to ensure timely execution

• Track, analyze, and reconcile operational data and reports

• Maintain accurate records and ensure accountability across all operations

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or operations (preferred)

• Proven ability to manage multiple partners across different regions

• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills

• Comfortable working with data, reports, and reconciliation processes

• High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability
