We are seeking a proactive and creative Online Marketing Executive to join our team in Accra. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company’s online presence, engaging audiences, and supporting the execution of impactful digital marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Create engaging content, captions, and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

  • Monitor and respond promptly to online inquiries, messages, and customer feedback across digital channels.

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and Google.

  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports with actionable insights.

  • Coordinate marketing promotions, product launches, and online marketing events.

  • Collaborate closely with management to execute brand awareness initiatives and sales-driven marketing strategies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

  • Strong understanding of content creation, social media strategy, and online advertising.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics platforms is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
