Job Summary

SmithField Agribusiness seeks an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, strengthen supply chain performance, and ensure efficient service delivery. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, optimize processes, and drive strategic execution across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Supervise supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth business operations.
• Analyze operational data to support informed decision-making and planning.
• Manage resources effectively to optimize cost and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, logistics, food systems, or cold chain operations is preferred.
• Proven leadership and project management capability.
