Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support and optimize our logistics and transport operations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, ensures smooth daily operations, and contributes to continuous improvement across processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee logistics and transport operations to ensure efficiency
• Monitor daily operational activities and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare accurate reports on operations, performance, and key metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Track inventory movement and support supply chain processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain proper documentation of operational activities

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Plant Option preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or transport operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent reporting and analytical abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
