Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate ensures accurate financial records, supports reporting processes, and contributes to the overall financial health of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
