Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will support cost management, project evaluation, and contract administration activities while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
  • Support the measurement and valuation of works on-site and off-site
  • Monitor project costs and help ensure projects remain within budget
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Assist in contract administration and procurement processes
  • Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to efficient resource use
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or quantity surveying
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
