Role Overview

Roche is seeking a visionary and purpose-driven Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to play a central role in transforming healthcare delivery. This role goes beyond traditional commercial or medical functions, focusing on building meaningful partnerships, driving innovation, and improving patient outcomes.

As the face of Roche within the healthcare ecosystem, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deeply understand patient needs and co-create impactful solutions that enhance the overall patient journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between Roche and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and patient organizations.
  • Identify barriers within the patient journey and collaborate with partners to co-create solutions that improve access and outcomes.
  • Mobilize internal and external resources to deliver impactful initiatives efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide Roche’s products through their lifecycle, ensuring their appropriate and ethical use.
  • Communicate product value to healthcare professionals in a balanced, transparent, and compliant manner.
  • Ensure positive and consistent experiences for all stakeholders interacting with Roche’s products, services, and teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to align strategies and execute initiatives that drive patient-centric outcomes.

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of purpose in improving the patient journey and healthcare outcomes.

  • Show strong entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
  • Build effective partnerships through excellent listening, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Therapeutic Area Experts and healthcare organizations.
  • Experience working with Patient Advocacy Groups is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute cross-functional strategies.
  • Possess a strong understanding of commercialization, medical affairs, and customer experience.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration and outcomes.
  • Apply agile ways of working to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of patient journeys and treatment pathways within relevant disease areas.
  • Understand clinical research and medical affairs strategies.
  • Maintain a good understanding of Roche’s portfolio and future pipeline.
  • Be fluent in the local language and proficient in English.
