Position Summary
The Personal Assistant will provide direct administrative and operational support to management and help ensure the efficient running of daily business activities. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
The successful candidate will act as a key support point for scheduling, coordination, communication, and general office management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination.
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, messages, and emails, in a professional manner.
- Organize meetings and ensure all required materials and logistics are prepared in advance.
- Maintain proper filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating store activities and supporting smooth daily operations.
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Support basic reporting and documentation as required.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and customers to ensure effective communication flow.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and creative environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook is an advantage).
