Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and caring Preschool Teaching Assistant who will actively support the lead teacher in creating a warm, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to daily classroom activities and help ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
• Help create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
• Assist with supervising children during lessons, playtime, and routines
• Encourage positive behavior and support children’s social and emotional development
• Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organization
• Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Follow all school policies and procedures diligently

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Strong interest in working with young children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, nurturing, and attentive personality
• Must reside in Madina or its environs
