Job Summary

HDG Homes Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support and optimize procurement operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, manage communications, and support supplier on-boarding and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with invoice processing, contract documentation, data entry, reporting, and approval workflows.
  • Support procurement strategies, sourcing initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is an added advantage.
  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with hands-on experience in purchase order management, vendor relations, and inventory control.
  • Experience in a supervisory role and within the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, procurement management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
