As part of our continued growth, we seek a competent and proactive Procurement Officer to strengthen our supply chain operations.

Position Summary

The Procurement Officer manages the company’s procurement activities to ensure the timely sourcing of quality goods and services at competitive prices. The successful candidate will oversee vendor selection, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain efficient supply chain processes that support project execution and operational efficiency.

We seek a detail-oriented professional who demonstrates strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge, particularly within energy and heavy industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Officer will:

• Plan and execute procurement activities in line with company policies and project requirements.

• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and service providers.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure cost-effective solutions.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procurement procedures.

• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues proactively.

• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and support project timelines.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate periodic reports for management review.

Educational and Professional Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Between three (3) to seven (7) years of procurement or supply chain experience.

• Experience within the oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial sectors (preferred).
