Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and health regulations consistently.
• Assist in early morning or late shift operations as required.
• Support inventory management, ingredient preparation, and proper storage.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Must reside within or near Dzorwulu.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and high-quality service.
• Flexible and available for early mornings or late shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
