Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service while upholding the hotel’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.

• Serve meals and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met.

• Attend to guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Process bills and payments accurately.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
