Position Summary
The Program Coordinator will manage and oversee artisan development initiatives, ensuring programs run efficiently, achieve impact, and align with the Foundation’s mission. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on professional who can coordinate operations, mentor artisans, and track program outcomes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor artisan development programs and projects.
Coordinate daily program operations, schedules, and activities.
Support artisans with training, mentorship, and skills development.
Track program performance and generate progress reports.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
Contribute to strategic planning and improvement of artisan programs.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and program guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in program management, operations, or vocational training coordination.
Diploma or degree in Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields.
Must reside in Odorkor, Dansoman, or nearby areas.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Passion for artisan development and community empowerment.
