Position Summary

The Program Coordinator will manage and oversee artisan development initiatives, ensuring programs run efficiently, achieve impact, and align with the Foundation’s mission. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on professional who can coordinate operations, mentor artisans, and track program outcomes effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and monitor artisan development programs and projects.

  • Coordinate daily program operations, schedules, and activities.

  • Support artisans with training, mentorship, and skills development.

  • Track program performance and generate progress reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure program success.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and improvement of artisan programs.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and program guidelines.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in program management, operations, or vocational training coordination.

  • Diploma or degree in Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Must reside in Odorkor, Dansoman, or nearby areas.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

  • Passion for artisan development and community empowerment.
