We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – Microsoft Navision ERP to lead ERP transformation initiatives and oversee full-cycle project implementation and upgrades within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Microsoft Navision ERP projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment support.
• Coordinate full-cycle ERP upgrade initiatives to ensure seamless business operations and system integration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives, operational needs, and compliance standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support user adoption, change management, and training initiatives during ERP implementation and upgrades.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to maintain alignment between technology solutions and business goals.

About You

• Minimum of 5+ years of ERP project leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP upgrade and implementation projects.
• Strong experience working within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP systems is highly preferred.
