1. Project Site Supervisor

Position Summary

The Project Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day execution of construction and interior fit-out projects from project initiation through completion. The role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Site Supervisor will:

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction and interior fit-out activities.

  • Ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.

  • Resolve on-site technical issues and implement practical solutions promptly.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management.

  • Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and delays.

  • Coordinate project activities from initial layout through final handover to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • Degree or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience managing construction or interior projects.

  • Proven ability to coordinate site teams and manage project execution effectively.

  • Experience in interior fit-out projects is a strong advantage.

2. Quantity Surveyor

Position Summary

The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost control, budgeting, and financial monitoring of projects from planning to completion. The role ensures cost efficiency while maintaining project quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will:

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for construction and interior projects.

  • Monitor project costs and maintain effective cost control throughout project execution.

  • Support procurement activities, including supplier evaluation and material costing.

  • Track project expenditures and prepare financial reports.

  • Evaluate contractor and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to support project decision-making.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all project cost-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • B.Sc or HND in Quantity Surveying.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.

  • Demonstrated expertise in BOQ preparation and cost management.

Competencies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation tools.
