Role Overview

The Rolling Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining rolling machines used in shaping and forming metal materials. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate rolling machines to shape, bend, and form metal materials according to specifications.
• Set up machines, including adjusting rollers, guides, and controls for accurate production.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on rolling equipment.
• Identify and report equipment faults or operational issues promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to meet operational targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• SHS, Diploma, or HND in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating rolling machines or similar industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of metal forming processes and machine operations.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
