SALES MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

Location: Konongo, Ashanti Region

Position Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. You will be responsible for developing high-performing sales teams, implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships to support the company’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales agents to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and team development sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development efforts.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.

Qualification & Experience

  • Proven sales experience within the life insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Experience in business development and market expansion will be an advantage.
