Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales & Network Officer to execute sales initiatives, expand our market presence, and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth across both B2B and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies across the company’s Business-to-Business (B2B) and retail segments
Identify, prospect, and secure new accounts to support corporate growth
Implement and manage the company’s credit policy effectively
Build, expand, and maintain a strong professional network
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identify new market opportunities, segments, and niches
Promote the company’s products and services to drive continuous sales growth
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university
MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Retail, B2B Sales, Marketing, or Network Planning
Proven experience in the marketing and sales of petroleum products within the downstream sector is highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze markets and identify viable business opportunities
Demonstrate creativity and strong organizational skills
Plan, develop, and implement effective sales strategies
Make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Negotiate effectively and confidently present the company’s product portfolio
Work independently while delivering results
