Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales and go-to-market teams by building efficient systems, improving processes, and delivering actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve the Salesforce environment to support business growth.
  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows, automation processes, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Oversee lead routing, sales pipeline stages, and the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation to opportunity management and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance within Salesforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools such as sales engagement and marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and scaling Salesforce systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, automations, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Hands-on experience managing sales processes, including lead routing and pipeline management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data management, data hygiene, and governance best practices.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build meaningful reports and dashboards.
