Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain accurate calendars for management and staff.
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional front-office experience.
- Coordinate office supplies and support general administrative operations.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and office reporting tasks.
- Support internal communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or office support role.
- Strong fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- French language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
