Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain accurate calendars for management and staff.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional front-office experience.
  • Coordinate office supplies and support general administrative operations.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and office reporting tasks.
  • Support internal communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or office support role.
  • Strong fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • French language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
