Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate to support our Audit, Tax, and Advisory practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing client engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and delivering high-quality financial and advisory services.


Scope of Work

  • Execute audit engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
  • Prepare and review audit working papers and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS.
  • Support tax compliance and advisory engagements, including interaction with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
  • Identify, assess, and escalate engagement issues appropriately.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on assigned tasks.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in an accounting or professional services firm.
  • Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAG or equivalent); CPA is an added advantage.
  • Strong hands-on experience in audit engagements.
  • Solid understanding of Ghana’s tax framework and regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. NGO/non-profit sector is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.
