Position Summary

We invite applications from highly qualified and experienced academics for appointment to the rank of Senior Lecturer within the Business School. Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, supervision, and academic leadership in alignment with the University’s mission of academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses
• Conduct and publish research in recognized peer-reviewed journals
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality assurance
• Participate in departmental and faculty academic administration
• Mentor junior academic staff and support faculty development
• Engage in community service and industry collaboration initiatives
• Contribute to the academic growth and reputation of the University

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field of specialization
• Demonstrate strong academic and research competence
• Have been appointed as a Senior Lecturer in a recognized university with comparable standards to Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU)
• Show evidence of at least four (4) years of experience as a Lecturer
• Provide evidence of at least six (6) peer-reviewed publications in recognized journals
• OR be a Lecturer who will be appointed and undergo the University’s promotion process upon appointment
• Provide names and addresses of three (3) referees
