Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Stock & Data Officer to support inventory management and data-driven decision-making across our operations. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock tracking, maintaining data integrity, and supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock tracking systems.

• Collect, analyze, and report data on food recovery and distribution activities.

• Support monitoring and evaluation processes to assess program impact.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across all operations.

• Collaborate with field and operations teams to improve data and stock management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience using data analysis tools and inventory management systems.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage data accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
