Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Straighter to join our technical team. You will restore damaged vehicle frames and body structures to manufacturer specifications, ensuring safety, precision, and high-quality finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate straightening and repair methods.

• Perform chassis alignment and structural straightening using specialized equipment.

• Conduct auto body welding and structural repairs with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

• Adhere strictly to workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• NVTI Grade I/II or Technical/Vocational Certificate in Auto Body Works or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in auto body welding and chassis straightening.

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards.
