Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Students Admission Officer to manage the admissions process and promote the College to prospective students locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will ensure fair admission decisions, build strong relationships with educational institutions, and contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the admissions process and make fair, consistent, and timely admission decisions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities, including open days, education fairs, and outreach programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions both locally and internationally.
  • Monitor applicant responses and prepare reports for management.
  • Advise students and families on academic programs, admissions requirements, and application procedures.
  • Maintain and update admissions records and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with media and marketing teams to enhance recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign effectiveness.
  • Represent the College at external events, fairs, and educational exhibitions.
  • Support verification of student credentials with examining bodies.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and updating website content.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in admissions, student services, or education management.
  • Strong communication, outreach, and intercultural skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
