  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with government institutions, financial institutions, private sector organizations, business associations, development partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue and collaboration to support sustainable private sector development.
  • Conduct research, market assessments, and policy analyses to inform project implementation and strategic decision-making.

  • Support project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in line with programme objectives.
  • Perform other technical and advisory duties as required to achieve project goals.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants should possess:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing capacity-building programmes for MSMEs and private sector actors, including training, coaching, mentoring, entrepreneurship support, and business development services.
  • Sound knowledge of Ghana’s MSME ecosystem, business support organizations, and financial sector, with a strong understanding of access to finance, investment, business growth, and financial inclusion.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder partnerships and coordinating effectively with public institutions, financial institutions, private sector organizations, development partners, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
