Role Overview

The Technology Lead – Enterprise Architect drives the design, alignment, and governance of enterprise-wide technology architecture. This role ensures that technology solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives while supporting innovation and long-term growth. The successful candidate leads cross-functional collaboration, promotes architectural best practices, and enables digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Alignment

• Drive the development of secure, scalable technology architectures aligned with business segment objectives.
• Translate operational and strategic business needs into effective, secure technology solutions.
• Ensure all technology initiatives adhere to enterprise architecture standards, promoting efficiency and agility.

Architecture Governance & Compliance

• Enforce adherence to architecture governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
• Implement and uphold architectural principles that emphasize security, scalability, and resilience.
• Align enterprise solutions with global security frameworks and internal compliance policies.

Technology Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise technology solutions with strong security foundations.
• Oversee integration of cloud platforms, API-driven ecosystems, and modern architectural frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance on adopting new technologies to enhance performance and business outcomes.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Champion the exploration and secure adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
• Identify opportunities to improve business operations through innovative technology solutions.
• Assess architectural readiness to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability.
• Execute strategic initiatives and deliver on assigned transformation programs.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in enterprise architecture, technology architecture, or security architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent).
• Proven track record in delivering secure, large-scale technology solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles, digital transformation, and secure architecture design.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on business-driven technology alignment.
• Strong mentoring capability to guide and develop cross-functional teams.
