Role Overview

The Technology Lead – Enterprise Architect will drive the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions across the bank. The role leads enterprise architecture initiatives, provides technical leadership to cross-functional teams, and ensures technology strategies align with business objectives and cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise and technology architecture strategies.

• Design secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that meet current and future business needs.

• Mentor and guide Technology Architects and cross-functional teams through architecture implementation.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.

• Drive secure technology transformation programs and digital initiatives.

• Ensure enterprise solutions comply with governance, security, and regulatory standards.

• Provide expert guidance on architecture frameworks, cybersecurity, and digital transformation best practices.

• Analyze complex business and technology problems and deliver practical, secure solutions.

• Document and maintain architecture models, standards, and policies for enterprise-wide reference.

Educational Requirements & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in technology architecture, security architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.

• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience delivering secure technology solutions and leading technology transformations.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical leadership and strategic vision for secure technology solutions.

• Expertise in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and secure architecture design.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and facilitate cross-functional teams.

• Ability to mentor and guide teams in implementing secure technology initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on business-driven technology alignment.

• Effective communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of architecture standards.
