Role Overview

The Territory Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing operations within the assigned territory, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to monitor industry trends to ensure competitive positioning and sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and ensure the achievement of territory performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential expansion locations and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments within the territory.
  • Oversee daily operations of retail outlets and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular market intelligence reports and actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure efficient product distribution and availability across all assigned locations.
  • Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities within the territory.
  • Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).
  • Strong understanding of downstream oil and gas operations in Ghana.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
