Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing and Visa Processing Officer to join our team at the Airport location. The successful candidate will manage airline ticketing processes and support clients with visa documentation and travel requirements while ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue, reissue, and manage airline tickets using approved reservation systems.

  • Provide accurate fare quotations and travel information to clients.

  • Process visa applications and guide clients through required documentation and procedures.

  • Liaise with embassies, travel partners, and relevant authorities regarding visa processing.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, visa documentation, and client travel information.

  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, immigration regulations, and company procedures.

  • Deliver professional customer service and resolve travel-related inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Professional certification in IATA/UFTAA Ticketing.

  • Previous experience in ticketing and visa processing within a travel agency.

  • Strong knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing procedures.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced travel environment.
