Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Transport and Logistics Manager to oversee our fleet and 3PL operations. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, cost control, compliance, and performance optimization across all transport and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet operations and coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, operating costs, and fleet performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards.
• Use ERP and fleet management systems to track performance and optimize operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, reporting systems, and KPIs for transport and logistics functions.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operational teams to streamline logistics processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics, with senior-level exposure.
• Proven experience managing large fleets and 3PL operations.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and fleet management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
