Position Summary

ADH Investments Ltd is seeking a highly experienced, disciplined, and results-oriented Transport / Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize its transport and fleet operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient vehicle utilization, strong fleet performance, and strict compliance with safety and operational standards.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on logistics experience, and the ability to manage drivers, heavy-duty vehicles, and transport operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily transport and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate the performance of drivers and transport staff.
• Manage and monitor heavy-duty vehicle fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
• Plan and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, transport policies, and operational standards.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and operational costs to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance and operational activities.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement effective logistics solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of transport systems and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in transport and logistics management.
• Proven experience managing heavy-duty vehicles and fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport operational systems.
• Experience supervising drivers and transport teams effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should preferably reside in or around Medie, Kotoku, or nearby areas.
