Position Summary

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information about menu items and promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and during service.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Educational Requirements

• Senior High School Certificate or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Training in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial.
