We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitresses to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Position Summary

As a Waitress, you will warmly welcome customers, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience. You will represent the brand with professionalism while maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide menu information when needed.
• Process customer requests and ensure special instructions are followed.
• Clear tables and reset dining areas after customer use.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Educational Requirements

• A minimum of basic education is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in service delivery is essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team is required.

Qualification & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good understanding of customer service principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to operational procedures.
