Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our guest services team and ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless, engaging, and memorable experience at Shornaa Island. This role requires a proactive, people-focused professional with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the guest services team to deliver exceptional experiences.

  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth park operations.

  • Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed.

  • Train and mentor team members on guest service standards and protocols.

  • Prepare reports on guest feedback, team performance, and operational metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Events, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, guest experience, or related roles.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

  • Passionate about creating positive guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
