Position Overview

We are seeking a Call Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients, and provide information on products and services. The successful candidate will contribute to sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the company’s professional image.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information about company products and services to clients.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.


Educational Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years proven experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role.

  • Proficiency in local languages (Twi, Ga, Hausa, Ewe) is highly desirable.
