Job Summary

Aquantuo seeks a proactive and detail-oriented HR & People Operations Associate to support its people management functions. The successful candidate will help drive effective HR operations, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management processes.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Basic understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems is an advantage.
