Role Overview

Kempinski Hotels seeks a polished and guest-focused Hostess who will create a warm first impression and deliver outstanding service in the Food & Beverage outlet. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating while ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with guests and service staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a well-organized reception and dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about services
  • Work collaboratively with the F&B team to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics
  • Operate computer systems and office equipment effectively

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Hold an HND in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Demonstrate experience in a Food & Beverage service role
  • Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills
  • Apply excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Show strong teamwork skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word) effectively
