Position Overview

AutoShack Ghana seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Air Condition Specialist to join its technical team. The successful candidate will diagnose, service, and repair automotive air conditioning and climate control systems, ensuring vehicles operate efficiently and comfortably. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in automotive air conditioning and climate control systems
• Perform inspections, servicing, and repairs on AC components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators
• Conduct system recharges and ensure proper refrigerant levels
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to AC systems
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Use diagnostic tools and software to support repair processes
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
• Provide professional advice to customers on system maintenance and care

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing automotive air conditioning and climate control systems
• Strong ability to perform inspections, recharges, and repairs on AC components such as compressors
• Computer literacy and ability to use diagnostic tools
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills
