Job Title: Investment Manager
Location: Accra
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
Jospong Group of Companies is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Investment Manager to lead investment planning and portfolio management activities. The successful candidate will drive investment strategies, evaluate opportunities, and ensure optimal returns while managing risk across the Group’s investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Strategy
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the Group’s overall objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend new investment opportunities.
Portfolio Management
- Monitor and manage the performance of investment portfolios.
- Ensure effective diversification and robust risk management practices.
Financial Analysis
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis.
- Assess potential returns and associated risks for investment opportunities.
Due Diligence
- Lead comprehensive due diligence for prospective investments, projects, and acquisitions.
- Prepare and present investment proposals for management approval.
Market Monitoring
- Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and emerging investment opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment Management (mandatory).
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in investment management or corporate finance.
- At least five (5) years’ experience managing investment portfolios or leading financial analysis functions.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Apply advanced financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Communicate complex financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Exhibit sound judgment in investment decision-making and risk assessment.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Show strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
