Role Overview

The Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of Group Technology strategies. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, monitor execution performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives across a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Drive execution of the Group Technology Strategy workbook and associated strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technology strategy frameworks
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Organize and facilitate annual strategy sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to track execution milestones and delivery progress
• Monitor strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with timelines, objectives, and expected outcomes
• Perform periodic strategy reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain alignment with business priorities
• Maintain and update strategy documentation to reflect evolving execution realities
• Support the development of IT performance management frameworks and metrics to ensure value delivery
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders
• Identify execution risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Participate in enterprise-wide strategic programs and governance forums (e.g., steering committees)
• Track benefits realization and ensure value delivery from all strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• A postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in IT strategy execution or solutions delivery
• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization
• Project management certification or membership is an added advantage
